2019 TOLEDO AREA POLISH AMERICAN FESTIVAL by PACT The Polish American Community of Toledo (PACT) has announced that the 2019 Toledo Area Polish American Festival will be held on May 17, 18, and 19, 2019 at the Club 16 facility located on King Road just south of Hill Avenue in Holland, Ohio. “The 2019 Toledo Area Polish-American Festival” is being sponsored by PACT, a non-profit organization. Award Scholarship(s) will be awarded based on an evaluation of applications received by the deadline.
