August has been a busy time for everyone with so many people going on vacation.  PACT has been busy also.  On Wednesday, August 19th, we had a presentation from one of the jurors in the Fr. 5 HOME RUNS GIVE MUD HENS WIN ON POLISH NIGHT

Polish American night at 5/3 Field gave the fans that attended an exciting game.  Toledo Mud Hens beat the Buffalo Bisons with an 11 to 10 win.  The Hens were behind the Bisons till the fourth inning when they tied the Bisons with five runs.  The Hens were again tied in the eighth inning with ten home runs each.  A home run in the ninth by Hen’s Scott Sizemore gave the Hens another win.

Polish Fall Festival

On Saturday, October 11th, from 5 to 10 p.m., a Polish Fall Festival will be held to benefit St. Adalbert Parish.  A polka mass will be celebrated at 4 p.m. with music by “A Touch of Brass”.
